The Peace of Mindfulness Centre’s mission is to teach people how to overcome the barriers that prevent them from thriving. We aim to help create a calmer, happier, and more content society.

The Peace of Mindfulness Centre guarantees to ‘take you from chaotic to calm in no time.’ If you do not experience a noticeable change for the better after the first month of applying our strategies daily, we will either refund your money or allow you to attend for free until you do notice a positive change.
If you haven’t experienced any positive changes after participating in any of our programs, we guarantee a full refund upon submission of documented evidence showing diligent application of the strategies we’ve provided.
To achieve lasting and increasing benefits, the strategies taught in our classes must be practiced regularly outside of the classroom. Through consistent practice of these activities and techniques, you will discover increased calmness, contentment, confidence, and decreased reactivity.

The Instructor
Christopher Higgins, the founder, CEO, and lead mindfulness instructor at The Peace of Mindfulness Centre, has dedicated over nine years to teaching mindfulness-based solutions and meditation practices internationally. He lives and breathes mindfulness, incorporating it into every aspect of his daily life, whether he’s practicing, discussing, or teaching.
Christopher’s commitment is backed by thousands of hours in silent meditation and a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher’s Certificate from the University of California’s Greater Good Science Center. His expertise extends to laughter yoga, having studied with both Laughter Yoga International and The Laughter University.
